1. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days, although some items and sizes may require additional processing time of up to 10 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for a more accurate ETA.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed. Once an order has been placed, it is generally no longer possible to modify the shipping address or the contents of the order.

International Customs & Duties: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey. Please note that tracking information may take a few business days to appear or be updated by the carrier.

If your tracking info says your package was delivered but you can't find it, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the listed delivery date so we can assist you.
