Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We only accept returns and refunds if the merchandise you receive is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at the following address: boutique@spectaclesbonzai.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product showing the defect.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your package or its contents arrived broken or damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Refunds
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
